Beginning as an apprentice carpenter in Waikato in the late 1980s, Eric has overseen residential home builds, scientific facility projects, and international high‑rise developments.
Eric has completed numerous courses with Zealand Institute of Building Inspectors (NZIBI) to keep his finger on the Home Pulse of the inspection profession. Eric is also a Master Inspector and a full member of the Master Inspectors Association of New Zealand.
