When should I arrange an inspection?

Arrange an inspection before buying or selling your property or whenever you have concerns about its condition.

How long does an inspection take?

Typically, our inspections take between 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on the property’s size.

What is the process and how soon will I get my report?

We contact your real estate agent for you, book the inspection, complete the physical inspection and aim to deliver your report within 2 business days. We offer an urgent service if you are under time pressure or need a report done in time for an auction.

Do you charge travel?

No, we have inspectors who live in the areas we serve. Sometimes our inspectors cover the other areas, however we do not charge for travel.

Which regions do you serve?

We proudly serve the Bay of Plenty, Coromandel, Waikato, Cambridge and Auckland.

Will our bank accept your report?

Yes. All New Zealand bank accept our reports due to our experiance and memberships with insdustry standard associations.

Where are you based?

Head office is in Waihi on the Coromandel Peninsula, however our inspectors live in the areas you live in.

How do I prepare for an inspection?

Simply contact us and we arrange the inspection for you. Let us know if you have any concerns about the property and we do the rest.

Will you discuss the report with me after the inspection?

Yes, as part of our service you are welcome to call us to discuss your report.
